Ant-man and the Wasp: Quantumania

⭐⭐⭐

I'll be honest, I've never really been into Ant-man.

It's not that I thought any of the Ant-man films were bad, I did rewatched the previous film before watching this. I thought I hadn't yet seen it all the way through but, it turns out I had just forgotten everything about it. That was my main issue with the previous films, nothing big ever seemed to happen and compared to a lot of the other Marvel films out at the time (Infinity War and End Game spring to mind) Ant-man and the Wasp seemed a lot less interesting. To be fair it was unfortunate that it was released between Infinity War and End Game so it never really stood a chance.

As you can imagine my expectations weren't too high going into this film, I was expecting to see a film that like the others would be more or less inconsequential to future Marvel projects.

I was very wrong!

I had a lot of fun watching this film. Not only were there some amazing visuals, but they also managed to perfectly set up the Antagonist. Jonathan Majors as Kang was Brillant. Such a menacing villain who I can't wait to learn more about in future. I am confident That Kang will be just as good if not a better Antagonist than Thanos.
